What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
“The Swift RL 1100 is hands-down my favorite headlamp for fast-moving missions. It’s insanely bright for its size, and the REACTIVE LIGHTING® tech automatically adjusts the beam so I don’t have to fumble with settings mid-run. The split strap stays secure when I’m climbing or skiing, and the USB-C charging makes it super easy to keep powered.”
From pre-dawn alpine starts to midnight descents, the Petzl Swift RL 1100 Headlamp gives us powerful, intelligent light in a compact, adventure-ready package. Packing an impressive 1100 lumens into just 100 grams, this headlamp balances performance and portability like no other.
REACTIVE LIGHTING® technology uses a built-in sensor to analyze ambient light and automatically adjust brightness, extending burn time and enhancing visibility without constant manual input. When we want steady output, STANDARD mode takes over with consistent beam performance. A mixed beam pattern offers both proximity and distance lighting, while red light and strobe options preserve night vision or signal in emergencies.
Built to handle demanding pursuits, the reflective split headband keeps the fit stable during fast-paced activity and improves visibility at night. A rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides hours of power, with a five-level indicator to track remaining charge. Complete with a USB-C port for modern convenience and an ultra-light storage pouch that doubles as a lantern, the Swift RL 1100 is made for serious adventurers who move fast and go far.
